Shirley Jean Eaton (12 Jan 1937) - ) is an English former actress and singer best known for playing Bond girl Jill Masterson in the 1964 film Goldfinger, an image that became iconic in cinema history. A popular star of 1950s–60s British comedies such as Carry On Nurse, she also appeared in thrillers like The Girl Hunters and cult films The Million Eyes of Sumuru and The Girl from Rio. She retired in 1969 to focus on family, later returning as an author and artist. She is part of the golden age of Hollywood and the silver screen series of photographs.
