Modern artist László Moholy-Nagy was a professor at the Bauhaus school and was influenced by constructivism and a strong advocate of the integration of technology into the arts. Moholy-Nagy produced ‘Untitled’ in 1920, inspired by the abstract geometric shapes and slashing diagonal lines of industrialisation.

Modern artist László Moholy-Nagy was a professor at the Bauhaus school and was influenced by constructivism and a strong advocate of the integration of technology into the arts. ‘Constructions Kestner Portfolio 6’ was part of Lundwig Ey's 1923 print project ‘Constructions’. The intersecting planes and floating shapes of this piece made up the majority of Moholy-Nagy’s artworks for his contribution to the portfolio.
