Some Like It Hot follows two Chicago musicians who witness a mob hit and escape by joining an all-female band disguised as women. On a train to Florida, their charade leads to comedic mishaps, romantic pursuits, and escalating chaos. It’s worth watching for its sharp humour, playful gender commentary, stellar performances by Marilyn Monroe, Tony Curtis, and Jack Lemmon, and enduring acclaim as a timeless comedy classic.
