This photo was taken for the 1964 musical drama 'My Fair Lady' in which Hepburn played the poor Cockney flower seller Eliza Doolittle. The black and white ensemble Hepburn wears in this photo was designed by leading British fashion designer Cecil Beaton for the Ascot scene of the film.
